ONLINE registration fees are available until 3 July 2016.  In order to be eligible for the early bird fee, payment should also be received by 3 July 2015.

ON SITE registration is possible from 19-20 July 2016.

Conference registration includes admission to all platform and poster sessions, coffee breaks and social evennts.

Registrations are non-transferable.

 Fees:

• ONLINE: 200€

• STUDENT ONLINE: 100€

• ACCOMPANIED PERSONS : 70€
  Students (confirmation of student status by supervisor required)

Cancellation policy:

• € 50 cancellation fee for cancellations received before 30 June 2015, no refunds for later cancellations. 

• Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax.

• In case of event cancellations by the organisers, a refund of the full event fee will be provided.
